Does the picture surprise you? Well....
My friend, Dougal, just pointed out there are 70 days until Christmas! His post got me fired up to get back on-track with exercise, nutrition AND spiritual growth. One part of the equation gets left out, and I find myself floundering! I've been doing just that since my last post....So, I'm grateful for the kick in the pants that his post has given me.
I CAN do this....one day at a time...for the 70 days. Let's see what I can accomplish. It will take me beyond the pattern I've noticed...usually about 4 weeks and a faltering step lands me on my nose. I will be hypervigilant and focus on the magic number 70.
We're cold and rainy in WI today, but my heart is warm with possibilities and focus. I will post more often to stay true to the commitment.
