Most Excellent Progress!!!

Well, I know the trainer isn't fond of me getting on the scale...She wants me to go solely on measurements...So, I am just weighing one time per week on Fridays, and I was SO happy to have my efforts rewarded with another 2 lbs down this week!!! Honestly, I can't remember the last time I was at this weight...It may have been when I was ill with a thyroid condition over 20 years ago!

Yes, I still have progress to make. But these last 2 weeks of growth have been SO significant in that the psychological and emotional strides that I've made really have brought me to a more secure trust for the future...one day at a time, of course.

I'm still visualizing and praying when the going gets tough. I'm still using exercise to put my body through the paces it needs to reach that point where I can say "I'm here!". Nutrition has been spot on...I'm still incorporating the "no starchy carbs after 4 pm" and the 5 smaller meals per day. Even with running around doing errands today, I was able to keep it together nutritionally. Even though my hip was KILLING me this morning during those errands, I came home and rode the stationary bike...Ya know what, my hip doesn't hurt one bit anymore!

The trainer and I were talking about where my final goal would be. She thinks I'll be satisfied with another 40 lbs, and my goal is 60. So, we'll see when I get there! It's been so amazing these last couple of weeks and I feel so hopeful for the future. I know it's all come together for me....Thank you Jesus.

Can´t remember the last time I did that. Hope your hip feels better too, and you get to that Sexty Sixty off fast!

Margaret, sounds like you have great momentum right now! I know I should also be eliminating starchy carbs in the evening.

Congrats on the 2lb weight loss!
