OK, I don't know who to report this to....but I think my trainer is trying to kill me....ha-ha....She is hitting body parts that apparently haven't been getting exercised sufficiently. Yesterday morning, my friend said something funny and the laughter turned into a groan from the DOMS in my abs!!! My armpits hurt!!!!! I'm convinced this was a wise thing to do and will look into signing up for more sessions....My co-worker, who avoids any type of physical activity, asked about the sessions and wants me to get some information for her...It's good to evangelize about the healthy lifestyle! I know she'd benefit, as I have, in more ways than just physical appearance. Energy expended seems to beget more energy!
Nutrition continues to be spot-on...I eye up what's available and analyze what will benefit my body the most, taking into account that it can taste great too! Made some lovely omelets for supper last night chock-full of broccoli and mushrooms. Treated myself to a ripe, juicy nectarine after my chiro appointment last night. Giving myself gifts of healthy fuel and taking care of myself.
Am really enjoying the other side of the sadness and emotional upheaval that the last couple of months presented. I know life can't always be this happy, so I will savor each moment of this uplifting time! Thank you God.
Hugs all,
Margaret

Hi Margaret,
so good to read that you are doing well and love what is going on. Today LILLA (KaliLilla) had such a good blog on how Tom Venuto figured out how to get ripped...how to lose weight and be able to see muscles. I got a lot from it and think you might too. Am loving my walking daily too. We just have to find the right thing to do that gives us passion.
Take care. You can do this! Greece is around the corner!

Margaret, I love reading how you view food as a blessing and nourishment. Darn, I need to check out that trainer. I forgot. I'm forgetting a lot of things lately. Not sure what the heck is wrong with me!
I still love the way you write.
Thanks girls for dropping in! I took DH and DGD with me for the walk this morning...heat and humidity be damned!!! We made it and I sure enjoyed the shower after I was done!!!
So many benefits of this lifestyle...health, vitality, clear-head, happiness...I could go on and on!!
Hugs
