Still getting used to this process and will work on the addition of pics this weekend. I had taken them our first day of the DreamTeam's Spring Fling! Each day this week has been quite organized and successful on the food and exercise fronts, so am noticing regular changes to my body.
I really enjoyed splitting the upper body lifting session into 2 sessions this week and, time permitting, will continue that for a couple of weeks. I seem to be able to push myself to do heavier weight when I'm only doing a couple of body parts per session. Also, the extra bit of cardio whenever I can find a few minutes has felt good. Took a quick walk around our grounds at work during my morning break with the sun shining warmly on my face. DH even suggested a bit of a walk after supper tonight, if the weather permits.
Now, I have to be honest and cop to tasting the home-made guacamole a bit more than I had planned at supper. I did use baked tortilla chips, but it was more than I should have had. So, it's done and thankfully it didn't morph into an all out binge-erama! I deleted the bedtime snack of milk and prunes to offset the damage and was happy to climb on the scale this morning and see no change from yesterday's weight.
Yes, I'm weighing daily. I go back and forth with the idea of daily or weekly, but feel the need to keep vigilant about keeping track of the effects of my actions. Will measure weekly, though, along with the weekly picture.
My DreamTeam friends have been brave enough to post weights and pictures with minimal coverage. I am much more in weight, though, and am struggling with that much honesty. I also hesitate to open myself to the "world" here on this open forum. Let me think about it and if anyone has any words of wisdom, I'm willing to listen!
So, that's my Thursday. I anticipate finishing the day as another successful one to add to the growing collection.
