Am having loads of fun today April Fooling anyone I can!!! But something that isn't an April Fool is how great I feel with consistently eating well and the workouts that I'm doing. Even with a rainy day yesterday, I found a dry period to do an extra cardio session with a walk in the foggy neighborhood. This morning, I drove the route that I've been doing and it's just short of 1 mile. So, I'm pleased with the bit of extra effort that will bring me to my ultimate goals that much faster.
The goals are important, but I also realize that I need to see quicker results too to keep me motivated. I'm already noticing a flattening of my tummy. Not only that, I feel physically better. I've been vexed with a chronic pain in my right hip in the last few months. Funny, though, it has disappeared even with the increased "action" of my legs with these extra walks. So will be happy if I have that as an additional permanent benefit of flinging off more fat.
So, happily on my road today and am grateful for this opportunity to morph into the body I deserve.
