Goals List

So, I got the chapter about goals digested yesterday and this morning and came up with the following:

Goals initiated 4/15/08:
Ultimate goal – I weigh 150 lbs

12-month goal – I have burned 50 lbs of fat off of my body, slenderizing it while making it stronger.

3-month goal – I have achieved burning off 12.5 lbs of fat off my body by 7/15/08. I weigh less than 231 lbs by 7/15/08. The black pants and swimsuit will be a bit baggy on me.

Monthly goal – Discard 5 lbs of fat each month, weighing 1 week after period done each month. The black pants fit like a glove by 5/15/08.

Weekly goal – Burn off 1.25 lbs of fat off each week.

I feel really positive about these goals and I included a subsequent section for "goals achieved" documentation.

I made a couple of copies of my Affirmations and have posted them in conspicuous places that I am at for longer periods of time. Initially, I felt slightly embarassed about others reading them and realized, "What am I embarassed about?????" I am so happy to have come to a better understanding of this process and am proud of that.

So, I'm off for my 2nd quicky walk to get me metabolism burning as brightly as the sun is shining today! Cheers from WI.
