Have gotten all the ducks in a row and feel good about my current regimen...Extra bursts of exercise, healthy food and mental imagery are all becoming part of my daily activities. The last 2 days, I've actually gotten in 3 extra walks EACH DAY! I've brought along co-workers, DH and a neighbor who happened to be out last night. As a co-worker and I ventured out past the smokers yesterday, I asked if anyone would like to join us instead of having a cigarette. No one did, but I know it gets people thinking about actions and consequences. The evidence of my slim and healthy body will certainly bolster that fact for them as I progress.
I'm reading my affirmations and am doing some visualization with the second one. "My body is a fat-burning machine that constantly targets fat to obliterate." Remember the video game "Space Invaders"? I see those fat cells in my body marching around and my mental imagery weapon obliterates them with each conscious thought. I also noticed that I feel my muscles below the disappearing fat, surging through to the surface to become the vision of good health and vitality that I see. It's all been wonderfully positive....Heaven-sent as a matter of fact!
Organization and time-management are important with this process. Since my supper requires some added prep time tonight, I am taking an hour of vacation time to leave early. Right to the gym for my workout and then home to prepare our lovely dinner of spaghetti squash with a supreme lean beef red sauce. The weekend has some extra responsibilities, but I'm bound and determined to remain focused and organized. With such positive focus, I know the Father will help all events fall into place as He has so often done in the past.
I really feel good.

Hi Girlfriend!
Just came by and caught up with all your posts that seemed have missed. Try and come by often, but the days get away from me lately. I would like to put your blog address on my blog so could find it easily...do you mind? Will wait until you say yes or nay. I don´t go to the DT as often as I should and can´t remember your blog...
Wanted to say good luck to you with all your new goals. Love reading them and they make so much sense. I am about to do the same thing, as am in the ditch lately and need to wrap my mind around what am doing and get some changes in. Will be thinking of you and wishing you all the best!
Have a great Sunday tomorrow. Am sending you tons of good vibes.
Lynda
Aw, thanks Lynda! Would love to have visitors of like-minded folks as we! Yes, please include my address.
I know time constraints can be a challenge, but I am bound and determined to be the captain of my ship! We've made so many good changes in our lives and we can improve each day...each is a new opportunity!
Hugs,
Margaret
Margaret, those extra walks will add up over time. Great job posting your goal list. I should do the same. Was thinking of posting my PRW on my blog again. They got buried somewhere.
I will also post a link to your blog on mine, if you'd like.
sounds good Debbie...helps keep me on track!
